EU Withdrawal Button for PrestaShop

From 19 June 2026, online shops must offer consumers an easily accessible electronic withdrawal function. The EU Withdrawal Button for PrestaShop module provides this function directly in your PrestaShop store.

The customer opens a form via the "Withdraw from contract" button, enters their name, email address and information about the contract or part of the contract, and then confirms the withdrawal via "Confirm withdrawal". After submission, the request is stored in the back office and the customer automatically receives a neutral acknowledgement email.

The module is deliberately designed so that the withdrawal is not dependent on a customer account, login or the native PrestaShop return function. Guest orders and customers without a login can also use the withdrawal function. An optional order reference can be entered, but it is not mandatory.

In the back office, you manage all incoming withdrawals centrally. You can see the customer data, the content of the withdrawal declaration, the submission time, the email status and any possible order assignment. Status values such as New, Matched, In review, Accepted, Rejected or Closed help you keep track of processing.

For multilingual shops, the module includes form texts and email templates for German, French, Spanish, Polish and Italian. English is included as a fallback.
